A palate-cleansing, sweet treat at the end of a delicious southern meal of lip-smacking, hickory-smoked, Hall of Fame Ribs is the closest evidence of even a minor difference of opinion that Lee Roy Selmon will admit to in his relationship with the men and women responsible for the day-to-day operations of “Lee Roy Selmon’s All-American Grill,” the seven-unit chain that bears his name.
